I would like to ask you guys , if you have any luck when you want to update MX-800 or MX orion or MX -700 editors this time. All what I can get is notice : Can't connect to the server.... The only MX editor what I can update is MX-3000 . Is it my computer or am I missing something here? Thanks for help Rob

I'm experiencing the same thing. The problem is obviously on URC's end.

URC has a couple of issues with they're updates right now.
It sounds like they are feverishly working on the problems at this time.
My guess is they shut it down until they have solved the issues at hand.

Better to have no update than one that causes problems for us!

Just my guess. I don't have any inside info.
Every day is a good day.......some are just better than others!

Live Update has been disabled while the software revison is being tested.

FWIW, the revision is almost complete. There was still a problem with IR code using old MXF files and some old macros, but everything else is good. Shouldn't be much longer now.
