I am needing an additional RF remote to control my whole house audio. I already have the MX-850 w/ MRF-250 in my home theater.
It appears either the MX-350 or the URC-200 will do the trick. (Are they exactly the same?). I'm also wondering if the range will be sufficient.
This remote needs to: - Send RF signals from my 2nd floor to my basement home theater. - Serve as a granny/kiddie remote in the home theater.
Regards, Andy

The 350 differs from the URC-200 in that it uses the more reliable MRF-250 RF base station (rather than the MRF-100) and the 350 allows you to assign multiple base stations and individual IR emitters. Other differences are that the 350 learns with a single press and has a better blue backlight. Other that that, the URC-200 is identical in performance and is substantially cheaper.

Thanks for the advice. I just ordered the MX-350.
Hope no offense was taken by referring to this as a "granny" remote. I know the MX-350 is going to be awesome!
