How can you change the title of the Main page from "MAIN" to say "BEDROOM"? On Universal Remote website they show this on their remotes.

Bigdm,

Right click "Main" on the tree menu of the MX Editor and select "Rename". Then you can enter anything up to 5 characters.

Thank you,
Damon DG

You can do it on the 800 and 850 but only get 5 characters So bedroom would get typed in but "BEDRO" would only show up in the remote

This feature also works with the MX-700 and B&K CT keypads, using the MX-850 software...

It works in the MX-700 and MX-800 Editor as well...is that what you meant? :)

Damon,
I,m pretty sure he ment you could program the 700 in this manner using the 850 editer software.

I think I'll give it a try and see what happens!

Well, it looks like Tony was right!
I imported my 700 file to the 850 editor, changed the 'main' name, loaded it and it changed the 'main' to BDRM. The IR codes and macro's even work!
I seem to learn something new everyday!
Thanks, Tony!

Actually, the MX-700 editor does this too!
I just tried the 'right click' on the 'main' tree and it offers the same ability.
Changed the name, downloaded it, and VIOLA!
I can't believe I missed that!
URC, I LOVE you!
