What do i need to do to to get H Theater Master to create a device for the Pioneer Elite DV59 DVD player? I've wasted enough time programming this MX-850, re-programming it, waiting for fixes, bugs etc. I'm no longer in the mood to hunt the internet for device codes, other programs to conver them etc. I feel this is HTM's job. I can't believe I am the only one with one of these hi-end DVD players using the MX-850. Same goes for my Pana Onyx plasma. I still cant get descrete power and input codes to work.

Who can I call at HTM to get them to support the devices I (and many other people) own?

I don't usually rant, but after finding that my configuration was corrupted by a buggy version of the editor and having to completey start from scratch - again, Im at the end of my rope.

Another valuable feature of the 850 editor software would be someway to print the configuration so I would at least have that to go by when recreating it.

Check your email inbox; I have sent you my MXD file for the DV-59AVI. You're not the only one out there with what is easily argued as the best DVD player available to date.

Unfortunately, neither of these device remotes have descretes for the power or input select. The codes would have to come from the manufacturer documentation or some other source.

I wish I could find someone who would say the same thing about the Pana Onyx plasma I bought. I must be the only person to own one!
