Is it posible to always display the time and date on the main screen? I saw an ad showing the MX-3000 with those displayed.

yar! It be so! Arrr! Just create a button, and right above where you type text in is a series of radio buttons: Text, Date, Time, Page. Select appropriate, and BAM! In buisness!
