I want to post a commendation to Bracken for his support of DMX-3000.
Not only is this an excellent product, but his support is world class. I recently had a series of problems which he methodically addressed and which resulted in a complete solution to all issues.
I could easily become one of worst customer nightmares, but he was consistent and methodical about finding solutions.
Here's to you, Bracken. I highly recommend your product to any owner of the MX-3000. Programmers (like me) are doubtless your worst customers, but you manage them in style.
