We have had a few MX3000's with backlighting problems. You can press a device key and the hard keys will light up but, the screen sometimes does and sometimes does not light up. Has any one else had this problem or any other problems with the MX3000

I have not had that problem or any other hardward issue. Have you contacted HTM about it?
