I'd like to update some of my MX-1000 design software from the URC website, but always get a "this object is blocked" message when I try to do so. I get the same message for the MX-700 dowloads also. Does anyone know what's going on with URC? They don't list a contact address anywhere on the website, so I can't ask them directly.

I didn't have a problem earlier today, but if you still have problems tomorrow, call them at 1-800-901-0800.
BTW, there hasn't been an update of the MX-1000 editor in years and it was discontinued last year so I wouldn't expect to see anything new.
