Just started programming my new MX 800 (Thanks Mike SRC).
I just used my old mxf file from my mx700 and opened it in mx800 editor. On the download, the irout and iramp test showed "fail"
The codes downloaded and I am still getting to the rf set up, but what is the significance of that "fail" and did I mess up using my old MX700 file?
I'm still looking codes\files : for HTR5250 Yamaha receivers; good Hr10-250; Toshiba DVD/VCR combo
Would love to graphically see some activity based layouts to make my remote easier for my wife to use.
Thanks in advance for your help

Don't worry about the "FAIL" messages if all else is well. It started with a previous version of MXEditor and used to be a common occurance, but it shouldn't cause a problem.
