One way would be create a macro that turns on your display and switch to your correct input by going thru the input selection of your other component.
The other would be to see if Samsung has discrete codes for your display. Discrete codes are commands that are sent to your display to do a particular action. In your case you want to find the discrete code for the DVI input and the Comp1 input.
