MX3000 battery leads

I was warned by the distributor about the battery leads but they have managed to break anyway with just one battery removal and replacement. Would someone please look at their battery and tell me if the two red leads solder in parallel to the same point or did they go to different points on the battery? If different (meaning dual voltages?) please notate the order in relation to the connector leads....thanks.

Yes, the two red leads are soldered to the same point on the battery.
