I have a fully charged MX3000 with a single vertical line going down the screen slightly off center horizontal. Yesterday I was able to download and view all of the themes provided but today it's just a vertical "etch a sketch" dark line on an otherwise gray screen. I've tried the battery disconnect thing...is there a reboot procedure? It was in it's cradle charging all day and then went back into it's box last night.

You can do a full restore to factory settings if you go to the set up page (hold MAIN for a few secs). Make sure you have a backup on your computer. This will put it back to the default settings from the factory, then you can upload again.

Good luck

There is a set up page, press the main button once, hten press and hold for a few secs (5 I believe) and this will get you to the system set up on the remote. From there you can restore to factory defaults.
