First, you're in the wrong forum - this is for Home Theater Master brand remotes (made by a company called Universal Remote Control Inc.). Try the general Universal Remotes forum for more assistance.
Second, it looks like the remote you're talking about is an advanced version of something like the UCommand 525 (reviewed on this site). Here's a picture of the RC-L800 which you're talking about.
