Hi,

I have a question about some of the codes I found in the pre-programmed IR database for the MX-700. I tried to find a email address for URC on their website and only found what looked like a sales/product info address.

Basically, I used the database for my HLN-467 RPTV. It gave me 5 codes for which I cannot find any counterpart on the TV remote or in the TV's menus. I want to know what they do. I've tried them all with no discrenable effect, although they may be context sensitive and so didn't do anything.

The LCD buttons for these five codes are called:

A/B
R SUR
PERF
FACTO
3-SP

Since they came from URC's database, I was hoping they could tell me what they do.

BTW, I found 3 codes in the database for my SA3250 cable box that were not on the cable remote. In that case their purpose was obvious.
