I went to the HTM website and found the correct PDF file but can't get it to download. Is there something special I have to do to get it?

Thank you.

Be sure your anti-virus program is turned off.

The link provided to the Universal Remote website works fine, so there must be something blocking the download in your PC. Are you able to download other files from the net?

My Adobe Acrobat 6.0 somehow got corupted. Uninstalled, reinstalled and I was able to get the manual.

Thanks to everyone that responded.
