Dealers that aren't turning around a lot of inventory may have old stock on hand. It's common with "brick and mortar" stores.
I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer by emailing to
[email protected] with a detailed report of the problem. I know that you're not in the USA, but they may be able to provide assistance for you.
