I am using the left hand set of LCD labels to further label my right hand LCD buttons on the main page.

something like this:

WATCH TIVO
WATCH DVD

etc

how can I make sure that when you press any of the non-functional "watch" buttons on the lefthand side - that the remote does nothing. I tried a macro that simply jumps to MAIN Page 1 - but that didn't work - it goes to a page called WATCH - Page 1 that is empty.

thanks for any help!

You need to add a single command (anything, preferably one that does nothing) before the "Go to page" command in your macro to make it go back to MAIN - Page 1. Or, you could just copy the macros that are on the TIVO and DVD buttons to the appropriate "WATCH" buttons.

Ok - thanks! As I am making this as easy to use as possible I am doing the WATCH TV> with the arrow pointing to the button and I want to avoid having a duplicate macro on the left buttons (i have some fat-fingered folks using this one). I will assign some non-functional code before my goto - thanks for the tip!

I would have done what Mike said. As long as you newed to program something on the LEFT side, make it the same as the right. So if you press WATCH or TIVO you "WATCH TIVO"

IMHO
