Does anyone have a IR543AH working properly on all house codes with a MX-800?
1. I copied some learned commands from Pronto files using the universal browser but I cannot get the house codes to work-only the house code set on the manual dial seems to work.
2.Using the old IR543, I was able to hold down the bright or dim button and the lights would brighten or dim smoothly. With the new IR543AH, holding down the bright or dim button does not work-I have to continually press and release it.
Thanks for any suggestions.

With regard to your first question, if you've done a Live update recently to MXEditor, there is a bug in the current version that prevents the Universal Browser from working properly, so that might be your problem. Mike www.SurfRemote.com

I use that combo exept its the old IR543. I only use 8 modules but they work with the mx800. If you want I can send you my .mxd file. It has On, Off, dim, bright on the directional pad and house codes 1-10 on the number bottons. 11-16, All On, All Off on panel 2. On panel 1 are macros of Unit 1-5 off and on.

I could not get the pronto codes to work with the house codes as well. I was sent an MXD file that was originally learned directly to a mx-700. I will forward the file to you.
The other thing I encountered with the IR543AH was that I had to get the ir output from the mx-800 pefect or it would not function properly.
cheers

Pete: Thanks for the info. Can you forward me that MX-700 file you mentioned? I would appreciate it. [email protected]
