Hello All: After about a year and a half my MX-500 is a little dirty.. A few keys stick slightly and the case is dirty from all the grubby hands that use it. What is the best way to clean the remote without opening it up?

thanks!

I don't know if it's the *best* way, but the following has worked for me on several remotes:

Get a used toothbrush and make a very dilute soap solution of dishwashing liquid. (Just a few drops in a cup of water)

Hold the remote upside down. Get the toothbrush wet and then SHAKE OUT THE WATER. Just slightly damp. Brush remote and then lay it upside down to dry.
