I am having a pickle of a time getting favorites to work for two channels. I have a Mits gold which has an integrated tuner. I tried unsuccessfully to assign a macro to channel 003.01 and 031.01. Ironic that they are closely related numbers, isn’t it?

On my TV I can enter 0031 and it will tune instantly to channel 3 sub-channel 1. To tune to channel 10 sub channel 1 I would enter 0101.
When I program what works manually from the remote into a favorite key, it works for all channels but two, 003.01 and 031.01. I can see what is sent from the remote echoed on the TV screen. For some reason what is programmed is not what is sent. I have deleted and reentered the commands both programming the remote directly and using IRclone. Neither works.

This is a summary
ProgrammedSends
0031031 (misses a leading zero)
0311031 (misses a trailing one)
01010101 works
04010401 works
05810581 works
01310131 works

Any suggestions on a work around?
Anyone know if this is a bug in the remote and if a fix is available?

It's not uncommon for the MX-500 to miss a repetitive command in a FAV macro. Try adding a pause inbetween the successive commands (ie: 0-pause-0-3-1), or even at the beginning of the macro.

Mike,
Thanks for the response. This did work. I guess it misses the repetitive commands in Fav.
