Has anyone had a problem with the MX-800 and Sony satellite reciever (HD-200). It will not work with the RF setup on that remote. I have tried everything and it just does not like that unit. It will work with a standard satellite receiver, but not HD. It will also work with the IR right out of the remote.
Thanks to any help, D Lewis

I too was not able to get the HD200 to work in RF mode. At first I thought there was an issue with the conversion of my MX-700 file, but now I am convinced that there is a compatability issue with the HD200. I followed the procedure outlined above and it did eliminate the blinking light problem. I also was able to get some functions on the HD200 to work when the MR200 was about 10 feet away from the unit (and outside the cabinet) but with only about 80% reliability. There must be some type of interference potentially caused by the unit itself. I was not able to get the unit to respond using the emmitters only (front blaster off). The MX-800 works fine with other Sony SAT receivers and works fine in RF mode for HD200.
