Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to control the (soft-touch) speaker A/B switch on the RX-V1300 receiver? The actual enabling button is no different than the others hidden beneath the front door...Thought that there might be a way to control this feature.

ALSO...

I once saw that a gent on here suggested that higher line Yamaha receivers could receive direct volume input so as to compensate for the variable recording levels of certain materials (in other words, program a lower "entrance volume level" for a SACD source, but a higher one for a cassette deck). Is this possible with the RX-V1300?

Thanks!
