Hi all,
My SONY HD-100 remaps OTA channels from integers to decimal numbers. For example, CBS resides on channel 34, but the Sony remaps it to 4.1. PBS has subchannels, so it remaps to 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.
My question is, how can I code a macro to select these decimal numbers without a decimal (.) button? I have the MX-700, btw.
Thanks in advance,
jb

My Hughes receiver has a "-" key that provides the same function. Just use the "." button in your macros. In the IR database for the HD100, the "." key is mapped to the "+10" key. Mike www.SurfRemote.com

For the decimal on my Sony KD-34XBR2 I programed the stop button (above the 2 button). It would work for a macro but not a favorite. Also if your digital channel mirrors the analog you can set the analog to skip. Then just pressing single or double digits will bring up the X.1 channel.

It would work for a macro but not a favorite. With the MX-700, it will work with a Favorite as well, since they don't have the button restiction of the MX-500.

Damn! Another reason to justify upgrading to an MX-800.
