Hi, I just ordered an mx-700 from BlueDo via their web site. When I ordered, I looked for a coupon, didn't find one(didn't look very well obviously), and then placed my order using the $7.55 ground shipping option. After the order was placed, I clicked back to the BlueDo home page and BAM, there was a coupon for free overnight shipping staring me in the face.
I went back to try to cancel my order so that I could re-order it using the free overnight shipping code, but I can't find a place to do this. Alternatively, I left BlueDo a "feedback" message asking if they could keep my $7.55 and simply change my shipping option to the overnight shipping. Alternatively, I asked if I should/could cancel my order and reorder using the free overnight shipping coupon?
Is there anything else I can do in order to contact BlueDo quickly before my order ships?
Thanks for your help and suggestions!
Take Care, merc

OMG... By the time I started this thread, I checked email and David from BlueDo has replied saying he'd fix the order per my request.
That is some incredible customer service!
THANK YOU BlueDo!

It wasn't going to ship until Monday (there's no shipping on weekends) anyway, so there was no cause for alarm.

I bought my MX-800 and MRF-200 from BlueDo 1 week ago. I am happy with the remote and the fast service.
It was easy to program and I no longer have to juggle 5 remotes on my lap. I set up macros to switch inputs for each activity and programed them beginning with 1.0 second delay on each device of the main menu (DVD,TV,4DTV,VCR,GAME)
