Mine is metallic bronze on top with the cool pseudo black rubber on the bottom half. I expected white.

It's also been described as a rose-tinted silver metallic. It's also a smooth, hard surface, unlike the MX-700. Here's an actual photo of one:

FWIW, that is the same as mine (obviously), but in real life, mine looks darker than that. Must be some serious light shining on those units for that picture.

The picture was taken outside in natural daylight (although in the shade). It would look darker indoors. Also, it looks different on each of the three different monitors I've seen it on.

The color actually looks different wherever you put it in your own room. Whether it's in a shadow or near a bright light. It's actually pretty cool.
