I want to get a MX-700, but do not want to hassle with the programming. I live in SF and am looking for someone to program this for me. Programming includes, Pioneer 503CMX, Onkyo TX-SR800, Onkyo DVD player and PS2. Please quote price including cost of MX-700 (or I can buy it and send it).

please email to [email protected]

Thanks

You may be able to find your components in the files section of this site. That way, they will already be done for you, and you wont have to spend the extra money. You can look in the MX-Editor files section or the Pronto files section and use the Universal Browser. You should really download the software. You may even find that it is not really a hassle at all.

takeshi,

I'd recommend purchasing the MX-700 alone, and trying the programming yourself. If you need help, post on this forum and you'll be amazed at the helpful nature of the posters here! If you STILL want someone to program the remote, drop me a line and we can discuss it.

I agree with the comments above. However, if you really don't want to fool around with programming it, I recommend you contact someone locally who could come to your house and program it. Sending the remote out to be programmed is not a good idea since there may be a few commands that don't work and you'd have to send it back again.

Post in the "Custom Installers" forum and I'm sure you'll find someone in the Bay area to do it. You can also try contacting Michael Hall at [email protected]. He's nearby in Pleasant Hill.
