I am currently using a sony device file that controls media jukebox via girder. I have loaded a sony cd player file into the mx-700 and things are working.

I want to be able to add the currrent song to the playing playlist in winamp, and also be able to delete a current song from the current playlist. These are all commands that not included in the Sony changer device file. I guess I need to load additional ir commands into the remote that will then allow me to route the commands to girder to control winamp.

Where would I get such codes? Or is there a long list of ir codes that I could load into the remote, and then pick and choose from?

It sounds like you can probably use ANY IR code, and then assign it that task in Girder.
