I've had my MX-500 for a year or two, and all the sudden the feel of the center, or 'action' button has softened. It used to make a positive click sound, and feel, when it was pushed, and now it is just mushy.
Any way to fix this? The button still works fine, but it just doesn't feel right. It seems like I have to push it harder than before, but that might just be because i'm getting no feedback from it.
HELP!
Thanks, Blue

Blue (Nice name, BTW ;), It sounds like the spring has gone south on you. If you're out of warranty, give the manufacturer a call at 1-(800)-901-0800 and perhaps they can offer a cost-effective repair solution for you. David www.BlueDo.com
