I've got MX-500 and RS 15-2103. I want to program discrete power on/off codes into my MX-500. Now what do I do??
Sorry, just a frustrated newbie ...

First find a working setup code(4-digit) in the 2103 that'll control your devices. Going to hifi-remote.com with the type of device and setup code, check to see if there any advanced codes lists for your gear. Then check out the manual for the 15-1994, for instructions on how to input advanced codes into the 2103.
