Just bought an MX-500. I need the discrete codes for my equipment. Primarily my MITS 65903. I own a first generation HDTV set - I tried the codes you posted with the Mits remote (Power-090), but it doesn't work. HELP!!
Also - any discrete power codes for the DISH 6000 receiver, Yamaha RX-V2095, Toshiba SD-3109 DVD. YES - I am an early user!

Yes, the 090 setup only works with the xxx05 series and higher. I don't think there are any discrete input commands for the xxx03 series. However, even if there are codes available for your components, you can't enter them directly into the MX-500. Any discrete codes must be learned from another device that has them, like a Pronto or a One for All remote.
