I'm getting a new reciever soon. Any way to painlessly replace it with MX Editor so I won't have to reprogram each macro?

I would think that all depends on what brand you buy to replace the brand you have now.

I'm replacing an 11 year old Onkyo with a new Onkyo.

Can't you just learn the new commands over the old? That should be transparent to your macros (unless I'm wrong in which case you will screw them all up).
