Bought a MX-700 with Version 1.1. I thought it was coming with Ver 1.2. What are the differences? Should I get the 1.2?

You'll want to do a Live Update with the software when you receive the remote - there have been several updates since the MX-700's were released and produced, which is why the LU feature is so terrific in my opinion! David www.BlueDo.com

Great! I thought it was something internal on the remote not the software. Thanks!

Well, the software includes any updates to the database and the firmware that will be downloaded to the remote. You'll notice the version numbers of the database and the firmware on-screen when you do the download.
