The AVS and HomeTheater forums are quite large. HomeTheaterSpot and HomeTheaterGuide are smaller and everyone tends to know each other moreso, in my opinion.
But, I would try them all out.

The hometheaterforum is great. It's my favorate of all the online HT forums. AVS doesn't moderate as much so you get lot's of trolls and people that insult others there but for the most part most members are very helpful. Hometheaterspot has lot's of specific areas like brand specific areas and HDTV areas, etc...
All are good but hometheaterforum takes the cake in my book. Others may dissagree.

Of course I'm prejudiced, but for Mitsubishi and Toshiba TVs, you'll get the most information at their respective forums on www.hometheaterspot.com. MikeSRC aka mroll

I agree, Dundas! You've got Guy Kuo, the Avia master; Michael TLV for Toshiba and Mr. Bob for Mitsubishi. Gregg Loewen and Louis Carliner are no slouches in the TV calibration world either. ;-) This is not the forum for it, but I highly recommend getting a copy of the Avia DVD, and following Guy's tips for using it to get the most out of your video display.
