I just purchased the MX-1000 and am tryng to use the software, 2.25 on my computer (win2000 pro) with no luck. I experience the same issues, it gets to 99% then hangs. Or when it gets past that, it hangs on the save using 99% of the cpu:(. I am a software engineer and would love to get the source for the program. I have not once been able to upload any learned program and have had to scratch 4 setups so far (wasted about 4 hours there) that would refuse to load and just hang the system. I would hate to have to buy XP and dual boot at home, just to program the remote !!!!
