Please can someone explain why I am sometimes failing to "punch through" the volume or channel controls.

I cannot remember on which device I originaly programmed the controls. Could it be that I need to punch through from the original device, rather than from one of the others that were programmed using the punch feature ?

Thanks,

Anthony

In the programming mode, after you select "PUNCH" and which keys (VOL for example) you want to punch through, you must then select the device you want to punch through to, then the device it's coming from. So, for example, to punch through your volume from your receiver to your TV, choose TV as the device to punch through to, and your receiver as the device to punch through from. You can repeat this for any other devices you want to punch through to.
