Simple question on the MX-500-
Can device macros be 15 or 20 keystokes long? The URC page says 15, but Mr. Tonks review indicates 20.
Can you change devices in a device marcro? i.e. when I push DVD, I want my reciver to turn on and change inputs.
Am I correct in asuming that pauses and device changes do not count in the macro lengh?
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark, 1. 20 is the correct number. 2. Yes, you can change devices to use commands from any or all devices 3. Pauses and device changes do not count toward the 20 step limit. Mike www.surfremote.com

15 was the original number of steps in a macro, which were the M1-M3 keys. It was changed to 20 at some point before shipping when they added macros to the device keys and the power keys.
