I've seen a couple mentions of this, but nothing really seemed to me like it did what I expected. I just got this from someone who had had it cloned at the factory to his broken device. As such, there are only a few devices on the MAIN panel. Editing the name only seems to remove the name, so I've been trying the AUX155 to clear, but that doesn't remove the button names once you select the device. So far I've been just editing all those to blank, and then training each button rather than using a preset. All the same, whacking this back to factory defaulkts is something I'd like to do. Anyone have the definitive steps for a pretty new one (Gemstone and flat Dpad). Many thanks.

Neil, There is no "factory default" function on the MX-500. In addition to the AUX 155 procedure, you'll want to erase the text labels. How can I erase everything?Randy www.BlueDo.com

(ItzNeil: Well, there *was* one when I first reviewed the remote, but it was removed to improve other areas.)
