I tried to program a Denon CD player and seemed to have gotten the code loaded but a bunch of the buttons do not work as expected or are totally dead. I then tried learning a bunch of these buttons like PLAY, SKIP, PAUSE, STOP etc. and this too has not worked though I did not get a FAIL message when learning. ANy thoughts?
Thanks

Try the Tips and Tricks to Learning IR Codes on this site. It can make a world of difference following these guidelines, usually in the area of holding a button down or just giving it a quick push when teaching it to the MX-500.

I have a Denon DCM460 and have not been able to get the MX500 to learn any commands from the remote. I too have all sorts of mislabled buttons after entering the Denon code.
