There were discussions earlier this year around getting the MX-500 to work with Harman/Kardon AVR receivers (in my case the 310). I have yet to find an answer, and was hoping that someone else could share their findings.
Here's my situation- I can learn every button from the HK remote, and every code is 'good'. The MX will then work fine, provided that I just turned the receiver on. After it is on for a few hours, it starts getting picky, I have to point the MX right at it and push the same button repeatedly. Then after another hour or so it does not work at all. Through all of this, the original remote from the HK works FINE! I am pretty much out of options at this point, and I have already traded the MX in once. The MX works perfectly with my 6 other components.
Can anyone help get my home theater off its crutches???
Thanks all, Blue
