1) Can you put your own learned buttons onto the LCD? (i.e., can I make the bottom two buttons on the LCD "Rewind" and "Pause" or something)

2) Any way to connect it to a PC?

C'mon Randy, at least scroll down to the MX-500 Q&A thread.

Well, thanks for two posts that don't answer my exceedingly simple questions. I have scanned the thread several times, what are the answers?

What I was trying to tell you is that there is a MX-500 Q&A thread set up for everyone to ask their questions, not that the answer was there already. But anyway, each page of the LCD screen has editable text labels for the buttons adjacent to them. The LCD is not a touchscreen. Whatever function you assign to a button, the LCD label can be you revised to say "Pause" or whatever fits. I believe there currently is no plans for the remote to be PC configurable.
