Mine looks the same as the one on rrdeals.com, but different than the one on universalremote.com. That one appears to have the vol and channel +/- buttons black, a different color around the thumbpad, diff lcd?, few other little things. The one on universalremote.com looks cooler to me, what gives ?

Look at the expanded view on their site and it will look more like it really does. HTM has even recently placed ads in magazines with the position of the volume and channel buttons reversed, which is the way it was before they listened to the input from members of this forum.

Wow, a company that actually listens to suggestions from the people who keep them in business. No wonder they have such an excellent product. Now if only more companies would realize the value of this concept.
