The TV and the stick has HDMI-CEC enabled and everything worked fine except getting the TV to switch HDMI input. After a couple of AI sessions one suggested select the TV input button twice and that moved the input from hdmi 2 (Tivo) to HDMI 3 (the stick). Problem solved.
