Hello,
My MX-900 remote stopped working last night. It is displaying:

DB Err
LCD
GOOD
IR-OUT
GOOD

I used to have the MX Editor software and a backup of my device, but I am having trouble finding it. Any ideas if there is a way to do some sort of soft reset which doesn't wipe the programming? It looks like the software can no no longer downloaded from Universal. If I had it could I still back it up with the above errors?

Thanks

Hmm. Haven't seen that one before, but sounds like a memory corruption problem. I don't know if it would be possible to recover the configuration from a remote in that state, but I've never personally tried. Either way, you're definitely going to need the software to see if it can be repaired by re-downloading.
