Newbie here- Getting the MX-890 remote and a couple of RF 418Mhz dimmers; My question is regarding actual control of the dimmers with the remote. Will I actually be able to control light level (dim, brighten) with this remote or just essentially turn them on and off?

It was suggested that I needed a different model remote for this functionality, but I wanted to check here first before investing more $ in another remote.

UI have spent a good few hours looking for this on the web, so I apologize if its readilly availabl information. I am brand new to URC as well.

There are codes for, on,off, dimmer up, dimmer down, and 8 scene codes.  The mx890 can do all the codes just fine.  In fact, all urc pro remotes can do all the dimmer funtions.

btw, you sould post in the urc pro section of the forum, since you are asking about the pro gear.
