Hi, I am trying to program my URC Atlas DVR remote control for my XBox, which is simply an RCA DVD player. The remote will accept the codes, but when I press the OK/Select button on the remote, it tries to send the signal to the CBL device (the CBL device button lights up instead of the DVD device button).
Any idea how to set it up?

It's a "URC Atlas DVR Remote"? Never heard of a model called Atlas built by Universal Remote Control.
Looks like that's a Universal Electronics remote.
