Well, after 4 years of almost flawless operation, my daughter plopped on the couch, and onto the floor plopped the remote upside down. Now it has a new spidy-web appearance. It seems that it will still respond to touch for all but one menu item (strangely, the one it was on when it broke.), so I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to just have the glass replaced by Universal's service center?
Many thanks.

URC had been in the business of replacing the LCD, for something in the $350-$400 range. I don't know they are repairing them anymore, maybe only replacing the entire remote for a price, so best bet would be call their customer support people on Monday.
