So I have a new TX-1000 and I have downloaded the Editor and installed it on two PC's both running XP. I can open a new config, add a device and test the commands with the unit connected via USB. Once I download the config to the remote the remote does not send the IR command to the device. I can reconnect the remote USB to the PC and I then can control the device from the editor. What the heck am I missing here. I am a long time Pronto user so I am not new to this type of programing. Any help would be great. I am sure that I am just being stupid on this one but I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Yes, read your response to my post. I couldn't believe my eyes when my thread posted and then seeing yours. I've been fighting this problem for a couple of days and thought it wasn't something I was suppose to do to make this thing talk to my components. Interesting how it works fine while connect through USB but then nothing while standing alone. Thank you very much for your information on the problem. I can tell working with it the remote it seems to be software related. Glad to hear it's not the remote controller. I had a another response from a person calling themself a super member, and I hope this isn't the kind of responses to expect here on this site. Not helping just criticizing. I posted here because I've seen some real good help from very technical people. Anyways, Thanks again, if you could let me know when you find out because until then, my remote is kinda dead in the water. Thanks a Bunch!!

One thing to check is go to Program -> RF Control
and make sure your device is set to go on the right output. If you have no mrf-350's then make sure all are set to remote ir.
-> Did you press the power button? <-
