Can anyone offer some help with this. I recently downloaded some background images as well as some button images from Remote Central for the MX-3000.
All of the background images have been sized to the correct dimensions but when I try to either drag and drop or copy and paste to my projects all I get is a "Wrong Format" message.
I have noticed that these backgrounds are in PDF format but so are the buttons and they do download.
What am I doing wrong and how can I make this work since I'd like to offer some better looking backgrounds.
Thanks for you help.

PDF is not a format the MX-3000 can use, so I'm not sure how you're getting buttons to accept images in that format. The remote will use PNG images, but again, they must be no larger than 320 x 240 pixels to be used on the MX-3000.

I never drag or paste images into the MX-3000. Instead, I always use the Import button that appears above the button images for each button.

Thanks,
Dale

Dale,

I was incorrect when I wrote PDF, I should have written JPEG.
Is the import button you refer to the one that is part of File or is it located somewhere else?
Thank you for taking the time to respond.

There are small icons above the BEFORE and AFTER images for each button in the Edit & Label Button pane. The icon with the arrow that points down is the Import button.
