Hello.
I am having problems controlling two identical devices via the same RF receiver, I have programmed the system to only transmit to specific eye's (via the RF control feature), however all the eye's still blink when i try to control one device.
In the actual rf setup, do you have to have separate IR codes.
For example, I have set up two identical devices, each assigned to different IR output emitters, However, both of them alias to a commom IR command set(ie another device). Do i also need to duplicate this reference devices, and specify different IR outputs.
Am i missing something obvious??
Any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks
jack

You set RF controls for each device. When you're setting it to send a signal from one common device, you can only specify one setting for said device.
In lack of better words to describe this, yes, you need to duplicate the device and set those to separate IR settings.

you need to pick an address for the mrf. you most likely have the base set at zero which doesnt allow for ir routing

From what I interpret, he's shortcutting all of his commands to one device. Then that one device is set to a single or all flashers. Therefore all flashers go no matter how he gets to the shortcut.
Plus you need to change the address too.

You cant use a single 'device' and share it

Thanks guys. That has fixed my problem.
I'm still struggling with another issue i posted regarding a prolonged IR busrt. I'm trying to dim up and down which i believe needs a prolonged burst. With the system i'm using 'NIKO', the actual switches require a quick press to turn on/off and a prolonged burst to dim up/down. can i simply repeat my command with no delay?

I have had the same problem in the past with ir controlled dimmers but 99% of the time if you experiment with short delays, start with 0.2 secs between commands seems to work, i have not had much success just repeating the commands with no delays. Hope it all works out, Cheers Mick
