what u want for the apple tv?
Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

Just taking offers, hopefully with a reasonable one or a trade we can work something out...

Sorry... I don't buy things without a price. If you are selling it, you should set an asking price.

Sorry, I dont set asking prices. If someone wants something they will bid on it. If not, fine. I am not desperate to get rid of this stuff. Also, I don't think you should tell people how they should list items.

It's easy to do.

Let me help you out. Hey Vince - Would you sell the RA gear to the guy for $500 and you pay the freight? Rayovac wants to know.

LOL...

I guess I just figure I don't go buy a used car, appliance etc. that has NO price on it. "What are you asking for the 1999 Chevy Chevette?", "I dunno, make me an offer". "O.K. I will give you a dollar"... salesmen just laughs.
Why should I lowball a guy just to go round and round to get to the price you are hoping to get?

If guys are serious about selling stuff... giving the buyer an expectation of ballpark is just a "fair" and "straight up" way to do it. Sure, just my humble opinion.

When I sell or buy something... I don't want to play games.

But as you say... what place is it for me to tell you how to do it? I am just a guy with money looking to buy.... that Radio RA stuff will still be good another year from now.

I am the same way. I hate playing the haggle game. I want a tag on it so i can see what it costs. If its more than i want to spend i move on.

I always say $1.00 when someone asks me to make them an offer.

I literally HATE jewelery stores and used car lots because of that nonsense.
Avid Stamp Collector - I really love 39 Cent Stamps

There are about a hundred listings that are best offer - why do you guys choose to sabatoge my listing? This isnt used cars or jewlery. But just to keep you happy I will change all my items to reflect what your talking about.

PS - I buy items all the time without price tags - also, do you guys list prices on your services? Or should a customer test the waters and shop around.

Okay guys, let's see if things are truly any better off now. By the way, I am not forcing anyone to make an offer nor am I asking anyone to. If the items are sold or not, I really don't care. If they are great - if they don't then fine also.

Wow. You weren't kidding. You really don't care if they sell or not. You're a hell of a salesman if you can get 260 for the 40gb AppleTV. Brand new direct from Apple they are $229 with free shipping.
